A close-knit and experienced team across all our branches, we pride ourselves in providing you, the customer, with the very best produce that we can find locally. Over many years, we have built up an excellent relationship with our farmer suppliers who are all passionate about producing outstanding livestock, many of whom, win accolades for the quality of their stock.

Our History

Tony Perkins Butchers came into being when Tony took over the shop in 2004. Colin, the previous owner, and Tony’s previous boss retired and offered the shop to Tony. As he’d been working there for a number of years and learned a lot from Colin, he jumped at the chance and took on the challenge, the shop then grew from strength to strength.

Always looking to do better, 2 more shops were added. One in Mattishall and later, another in Dereham.

Priding ourselves on great produce, top value and the best customer service around, our principles and hard work have grown us into the business we see today. Many products are made in house and we are always looking to expand our range. Covering, event catering, hot food, delicatessen and all round food supplier, whilst remaining a traditional full carcass British butchers at the heart and core of what we do.

What a brilliant Butchers, we have just moved to Attleborough and delighted to find a traditional butchers. All the meat we have bought so far is excellent. Smoked gammon is brilliant. Rib eye steaks are melt in the mouth. Very lucky to have a butchers like this.
