A: Don’t worry; this is normal until we have processed your order ready for collection or delivery.
A: If you are collecting in person, you will be able to pay the remaining balance when you come to collect. If we are delivering to you, we will ring for a payment over the phone.
A: There will have been an automated email generated when you placed an order online so please check your junk/spam email folder. If you came into the shop and placed an order in person, you won’t get an email confirmation unless you specifically asked for one. I have tried to reply to everyone that made that request; apologies, if I missed you.
A: Not at this late stage as we are in the process of preparing everything for you now. You may, however, be able to pick up available items when you come to collect from the shop.
A: No, not unless it’s been agreed with us in advance. It will take longer to prepare your order from scratch and there’ll likely be a big queue behind you.
A: Yes you can. All the items will be fresh and suitable for freezing.
A: No, we do not recommend keeping anything we supply out of the fridge or freezer.
A: Your order will be ready to collect from 7am in the morning. If you have been allotted a time slot, please stick to it. Social-distancing this year means we are very tight for space and an even spread of customers visiting throughout the day is important.
A: Probably, yes. Due to COVID restrictions limiting the numbers allowed in the shop at any one time, we do anticipate a queue. Please be patient and maintain social-distancing in the queue; we will do our best to serve you properly, professionally and quickly.
We hope you enjoy the best produce Norfolk has to offer and a very Happy Christmas from Tony and all the staff.
