If you're looking for "proper" Bacon, look no further!
Cut and cured in house from our own pigs, these thick cut back rashers make for the best sarnies to wake up to in the morning. And to top it off we're smoked them to perfection over applewood chips! These rashers will tend to carry a little more fat, which when crisped up, will the best flavour going! Just need to pick whether its red or brown!
