Jamie sat in the shop one day and thought" how can we make Pork chops just a little more 'sexy'?"

So he french trimmed them, cut them nice and thick and smothered them in a combination of his 2 favourite sauces.

With the opportuinty for them to drop onto the Barbie, wade into the oven or slip into the airfryer they make tea times a doddle.

Jamie's favourite combination, one of these in the airfryer for about 35 mins at 180°c, sun dried tomato cous cous and a heap of roasted mediterranean veg.

Voila!
