A “Barnsley” style Lamb chop cut right across the loin to give a double lamb chop
Our Lamb comes from Compton Hall Farm at South Creake near Fakenham. Nick has been supplying us for several years now and does a really good job. He lambs twice a year so that gives us a good supply pretty much all year round. The breeding stock rams are Suffolks and gives us a good meaty carcass.
