This time, I’m going to try and avoid the “c” word because we’re all fed up with it and instead, concentrate on the good things that we have to look forward to.
One of our latest success’s has been Pork Belly Bites. A definite winner when we done a test cook. Succulent Belly of Pork cubes soaked in a sticky Maple sauce. Divine!
Have a look and try some for yourself!
We have Haggis from Macsween in stock albeit from the freezer. Call into the shop and collect some.
Why not push the boat out and have a special treat just for the occasion.
We will have a special deal on some fine, mature steaks that will tempt the palette.
Whether its Rump, Sirloin, Rib Eye or Fillet steak we will have something to please.
Sirloin SteakFabulous steak to cook and it’ll be sure to please. Great flavour with just the right amount of fat, of course, if you don’t like the fat, cut it off but only after you’ve cooked it.

One of the things to look forward to is Valentine’s day. This year it falls on a Sunday but why wait till then? Do your shop, get the items delivered and make a meal of it! We will have a few ideas if your stuck. I’ll let you know what they are next week.
