A true taste of Norfolk. Made by Catherine Temple on her family farm at Wighton, Mrs. Temple's Binham Blue is a wonderfully creamy and full-flavoured blue Cheese. Crafted from the rich Milk of their own herd of Brown Swiss cows, it has a natural crust and a beautifully balanced, buttery flavour with a subtle, yet satisfying, bite on the finish. Less salty than a Stilton, it's a perfect Cheese for both blue Cheese enthusiasts and those looking to explore a milder, more approachable blue. An award-winning Norfolk icon.
