A must have for any Lamb roast
A lighter flavour than the more traditional mint sauce but just as fresh tasting, it gives roast lamb the complimentary taste it’s calling out for. Find room in your cupboard for a jar.
Sugar, water, spirit vinegar, frozen mint (1.5%), gelling agent: pectin, salt, colour: copper chlorophyllin.
